Q:  How can I keep my purchase cold if I won’t have immediate access to refrigeration?
 
A:  No worries!  If you are out and about, we have thermal insulated bags to keep your food cold/hot for up to three hours.  These bags are reusable, washable, and made from 100% recyclable material.  We offer these bags to you at our cost ($2.00).  And don’t forget to bring that bag with you the next time you stop in!
 
Q:  Can I order something special that might not be available on the daily menu?
 
A:  That is exactly what our “specialty menu” is for.  We will meet your needs no matter how BIG or small.  Certain items take longer to produce than others, but we will fill you in on all the details when you’re ready.
 
Q:  I’m not too handy with a knife.  Will TLP show me the best way to slice my purchase?
 
A:  Yup, and we'll even go one step further.  If you don’t feel comfortable doing the slicing, we will do it for you.
